Delivered by Eileen Clair, a licensed, qualified and accredited teacher in the Heal Your Life® workshops, these workshops, based on the teachings of Louise Hay, are a wonderful opportunity for people to work together to release past pain and move forward to a fulfilling future now.
LOUISE HAY is a worldwide lecturer, metaphysical teacher and author. One of the fundamentals of Louise Hay's work is that loving yourself is part of the solution, regardless of the part of your life you want to change when you learn to love and accept yourself exactly as you are amazing changes can occur.
The main part of the Workshop offers you an opportunity to get in touch with your emotions in a safe and guided way. The feedback for these workshops, which are held worldwide with different leaders, is very positive and encouraging, especially since so many of us are aware that we need to change something in our lives and do not have the necessary tools to help us know correctly what to change.
The focus of the Leader is to create an atmosphere of unconditional support for you away from all the usual criticism and ideas of what you Should Do and Be and allow you to truly access emotions and areas of your life that may be stumbling blocks to real growth and healing for you. Often when we stop fighting with ourselves and allow change to happen our lives and health can improve dramatically.

The only requirement for those who attend the workshops is that you are OPEN TO CHANGE. The workshops are non-residential and are held over a 2-day period from 9.30am to 5pm both days.
The workshops are run with small groups; therefore booking with a deposit is essential. The deposit is e100 and is non-refundable. The balance is payable in the morning of the course by cheque or cash as we do not accept credit or laser cards.
